Research and development (R&D) is an important process because it's an investment in TUF Stands future. With the market place changing and growing every year the development of new and improved is key to our product line. TUF Stands designers worked hard in developing the new Plus Series designed for today's sitdown and stand up models.

Once testing is complete the finalized cad program is then uploaded into our laser cutter and the manufacturing process begins. The new laser cut designs are a first in the industry with rave reviews amongst the consumer and today's best riders. TUF Stands are truly the future in PWC stands.

The next step is laser cutting the frames. This manufacturing process allows precision cuts that are unlike anything else we've seen in the industry. The 12,000 Sq. Ft. facility is ideal and houses an assortment of state of the art equipment. 

Once the laser cutting process is complete the stands move along the assembly line where they receive their shape. Here our bending machine shapes your stand to 0.005" accuracy, the final product is perfection!
